the citizens of jasper, south carolina are located here. if your application is accepted, it will be placed here so that you know that you are free to make your claims and begin role-playing on the site.

if you have any requests for your character's friends, family, etc., post them here. we ask that there is only one open request for each character at a time, which is why there is a group request option available. this board is guest friendly for replies only.

cell phones are located here. there are sub-boards within this board for texting and phone calls, but if you would like to do a page for your character's phone, that may be placed within this board, as well. only one cell phone page per character, please.

obviously, instant messaging isn't terribly prevalent in the real world today, but it's quite nice for character development. we ask that all instant messaging threads be placed in this board.

skype is a big deal these days. all skype conversation threads may be placed within this board.

this is where your character's twitter and facebook pages may be placed. of course, there are the various other social networking sites your character may use, and we are fine with that. however, please place your character's social networking site in the correct sub-board with the correct title.

all eateries and restaurants are located here. if your character owns something that belongs in this board, private message an admin for a sub-board. otherwise, all interactions in restaurants may be placed here.

all bars and clubs are located here. if your character owns a bar or club and would like it as a sub-board, please pm an admin. otherwise, all interactions in bars and clubs may be placed within this board.

the cinemaplex has a variety of options to choose from. the bowling alley, arcade, movie theatre, go-kart track and a spattering of shops are located here. it's jasper's idea of a mall.

what is a town without a community park for the kids? the park has biking and running trails, picnic areas, various sports fields, and a state of the art playground.

for our thirteen-eighteen year old characters on the site, we offer jasper high school, the public high school in jasper, south carolina.

charleston is the beach town closest to jasper. we are aware that there are other beaches in the state, but we ask that all beach interaction be placed here for simplicity. other occurrences may be here, too. we simply ask that if there is something charleston-related, it is placed here.

if your character is leaving jasper, chances are they'll be traveling through the charleston international airport. exchanges between characters in the airport should be placed here.

if your character has decided to travel outside the united states with another character, that interaction should occur here. we don't like to limit creativity, so if interactions are going to occur outside of jasper, sc, we want to hear about them.
